Pressure Cookers Do you know the difference between a fast and a super-fast pressure cooker? Both terms refer to pressure cookers that operate on the same principle: maintaining a pressure above atmospheric pressure, which allows the boiling temperature of water to increase, thereby shortening cooking times. The so-called super-fast pressure cookers typically have two cooking levels based on two pressure levels, which can be differentiated using a pressure indicator, allowing you to choose greater or lesser pressure during cooking. TRIPLE LAYER NON-STICK: The reinforced triple-layer QUANTANIUM by WHITFORD non-stick coating increases the product's durability and makes it easier to clean, with food sliding out effortlessly. PERFECT FINISHES: The MAGEFESA PRISMA line features a high-temperature exterior lacquer that is easy to clean, and forged stainless steel handles anchored to the body, allowing the product to be used in an oven up to 392°F. SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF COOKERS: The thick tri-layer thermo-diffusing bottom of the MAGEFESA PRISMA frying pan is specially designed for induction cookers, but it is also compatible with gas, electric, and glass-ceramic cooktops, saving energy with its "Full induction" capability.
